We're recruiting on behalf of a well established large format printing business that is looking to appoint an organised and dependable Logistics Administrator to take full ownership of its daily outbound deliveries. This is a temporary role to start immediately in Newhaven. The working hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, but can be flexible if required. The hourly rate is £12.71 per hour.

As a Logistics Administrator you will oversee all outgoing orders, liaise with multiple courier partners, and coordinate same day deliveries. You'll work closely with production and account management teams to prioritise urgent jobs and keep the dispatch function running smoothly.

Duties include:

  • Prepare, label, and organise outgoing orders for dispatch via multiple courier services
  • Coordinate daily collection schedules with several overnight couriers
  • Plan and manage same day delivery routes for the company's in house driver
  • Process occasional international shipments when required
  • Ensure all goods are packed, labelled, and documented correctly
  • Carry out manual handling, moving rolls, boxes, and printed materials to designated bays
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient dispatch area
  • Communicate closely with internal teams to manage priorities and deadlines
