Do you enjoy the variety and pace of Access sessions? We're seeking a Locum Dentist to provide dedicated unscheduled NHS care, supporting patients who require urgent or unscheduled dental treatment. With a fully structured diary and realistic appointment times, you'll spend your day helping patients access the care they need when they need it most.

Location - Village Dental, Whickham

Days - Saturdays

  • 20 minute appointment slots throughout the diary with some buffer time for more complex cases

For clinicians looking to establish longer term patient relationships, there may also be opportunities to discuss taking on patients through our Dental Essentials or private membership plans. This could provide the opportunity to gradually build and develop your own private patient diary alongside the unscheduled care sessions. Where NHS capacity allows a similar approach could be taken to support core practice UDA delivery where needed.
