Are you an experienced café supervisor with a passion for community and great customer service? Kidzeco is looking for a motivated Kidz n Kin Supervisor to lead their busy café in West Lothian. This is a hands-on role where you'll oversee café operations, support a team of staff and volunteers, and help create a welcoming space for local families.

About the Role

You'll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the café, ensuring high standards of service, cleanliness, and efficiency. You'll also support bookings for parties and community space, help drive sales, and contribute to the smooth running of the wider Kidz n Kin environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily café operations and deliver excellent customer service
  • Lead, train, and support staff and volunteers
  • Manage bookings and help maximise use of the space
  • Monitor stock, place orders, and reduce waste
  • Ensure food hygiene, health & safety, and compliance standards
  • Support sales targets, cash handling, and reporting
  • Promote a positive, welcoming environment for families
