The Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts is renowned for creative learning and vocational training.

Your role: be a member of a small Student Services team providing programme and general administrative support for all degree programmes offered at LIPA. You will be a central point of contact for students and staff, managing competing priorities, data, spreadsheets, and demonstrating keen attention to detail, accuracy, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).

Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative, organisational and time‑management support to student services.
  • Coordinate with students and staff, maintaining accurate data and spreadsheets.
  • Support programme administration across all degree programmes.
  • Engage with the education sector and creative arts community.
Qualifications:
  • Experience working in an FE/HE environment or similar.
  • Strong administrative, organisational, and time‑management skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
  • Understanding of the education sector and creative arts.

Positions available: 22.5 hour permanent position and 37.5 hour 12‑month fixed‑term position with potential to become permanent. Specify your preference when applying.
