What you'll be doing:
- Optimising the operation and control of electrical and steam generation plant.
- Comprehensive Health, Safety & Environmental Management Control.
- Managing Planned Preventive Maintenance activities.
- Developing the application of their operations team.
- Planning, prioritising and organising site requirements.
- Ensuring quality standards are adhered to in line with company and clients requirements.
- Energy Management of installation and regular review of run regimes.
- Monthly reporting and meeting with client management.
- Ensuring all contractual deliverables and KPIs are met.
- Assisting Veolia Management and Engineering teams in identifying continuous improvement projects.
What we're looking for:
- Highly motivated, self supervising and flexible in their work patterns.
- Formally qualified - Minimum of HNC or equivalent in a relevant Engineering discipline.
- Experienced in the maintenance and management of modern powerplant (gas turbines experience would be a distinct advantage).
- Able to undertake position of responsibility.
- An excellent communicator at all levels.
- Computer Literate in Word/Excel/Gmail.
