A multi outlet prestigious 4 golf Hotel, which also has a spa, that offers fresh seasonal menus using locally sourced produce is recruiting a Senior Sous Chef. The facilities at the golf club provide meals for members in a variety of outlets including day time snacks, formal members dinners, to volume golfing events. The golf club is especially busy during the golf peak season in the summer months but is used throughout the year as it is a popular wedding, conference and events venue.

The hotel has a well equipped kitchen and as a Senior Sous Chef you will be working with a team of 15 chefs, supporting the Head Chef, and monitoring the junior chefs in a faced paced environment. This role offers good working hours to ensure a work life balance is achieved for the team in the kitchen.

Requirements

  • Previous experience working in fast paced multi outlet fresh food kitchens.
  • Knowledge of kitchen paperwork and how to comply with kitchen legislation is essential for this role.
