Kids Planet is a family run early years provider located in Sandymoor and we are looking for a Room Leader who is ready to get stuck in, spark imaginations, and help children thrive.

How you'll make a difference as a Room Leader:
- Lead and manage a room within the nursery, ensuring high quality care and education in line with the EYFS.
- Support and guide the team, fostering a positive, collaborative environment and promoting professional development.
- Build strong relationships with children and families, ensuring each child's individual needs are met and their learning is supported.
What a Room Leader needs:
- At least Level 3 qualified in a UK recognised early years qualification.
- Excellent understanding of the EYFS.
- Extensive knowledge of safeguarding children.
- Leadership experience desirable.
