Pay Rate: £13.75 per hour + an extra £1.50 per hour for hours worked between midnight and 6 AM, bringing your rate of pay to £15.25 per hour. Opportunity to earn extra tips and service charge.

Shift Pattern: Full-time, scheduled between 2am to 11pm. Working flexibly across weekdays, weekends, bank and public holidays.

ABOUT YOU

  • Hospitality moves fast - and so do you! If you thrive on action, love leading people, and want to make an impact every day, our Restaurant Supervisor role's got your name on it.
  • 5 years of references and Criminal Record Check required.
  • Minimum 2 years' leadership or supervisory experience required.
  • Confident dealing with customers and resolving issues professionally.
  • Comfortable leading and motivating a team in a busy environment.
  • Applicants will need to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts and will be required to sell and handle alcohol.

ABOUT THE RESTAURANT SUPERVISOR ROLE

  • Running and overseeing daily shifts.
  • Leading and supporting the front of house team during busy trading periods.
  • Completing stock counts and placing orders.
  • Ensuring compliance standards are completed, including date checks, allergen compliance and Health & Safety records.
  • Delivering excellent customer service and confidently handling customer queries.
  • Supporting operational standards, cleanliness and organisation throughout the diner.
  • Taking ownership of opening, closing and daily operations while solving problems on the go.
