Role Overview
As a Lifeguard at David Lloyd Clubs, you will ensure the safety of our pool areas, conduct regular pool tests, and maintain accurate documentation in accordance with company guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Oversee poolside safety and ensure compliance with health and safety requirements.
- Conduct pool tests and maintain accurate records.
- Respond to emergencies and provide first aid as needed.
- Assist members to ensure a great experience and share knowledge and best practice.
Qualifications
- Hold an NPLQ qualification.
- Strong engagement, communication and active listening skills.
