A Floor Manager supports the management team by leading shifts, delivering exceptional guest experience, and ensuring strong operational execution. This role focuses on setting the standard on shift, supporting team development, and driving performance through effective communication, coaching, and decision-making. The Senior Shift Leader at Hickory's Smokehouse acts as Manager on Duty when required and plays a key role in maintaining people standards, guest experience, and restaurant results.

Responsibilities
- A Floor Manager supports the management team by leading shifts, delivering exceptional guest experience, and ensuring strong operational execution. This role focuses on setting the standard on shift, supporting team development, and driving performance through effective communication, coaching, and decision-making.
- The Senior Shift Leader acts as Manager on Duty when required and plays a key role in maintaining people standards, guest experience, and restaurant results.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience as an Assistant Manager or Team Leader in hospitality or a similar customer-focused environment is preferred.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills with a focus on guest experience and operational delivery.
- Ability to manage shifts, motivate teams, and make effective decisions under pressure.
