A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Family Paralegal to join a well regarded and progressive regional law firm. This is an ideal role for a motivated individual looking to build on their existing experience within a supportive and busy family team, working on a high quality caseload of privately funded matters.

The successful candidate will support an established team of Family Solicitors on a broad range of matters including divorce and financial remedy work, private children matters and domestic abuse cases. You will be responsible for assisting with case preparation, drafting legal documents and correspondence, liaising with clients and third parties and progressing files efficiently. There may also be the opportunity to manage your own caseload of straightforward matters, depending on experience.

The firm offers a collaborative environment with genuine scope for progression and development.

Applications are sought from Family Paralegals with at least 1 years' experience in family law, although those with more extensive experience will also be considered. You will demonstrate strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive matters with professionalism and empathy. A proactive approach and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team will be essential, along with a genuine interest in pursuing a long term career in family law.
