Hourly rate: 15.53

Working Days/Hours: 37 hours per week (Monday - Friday, 09:00-17:00)

  • Effectively manages case working duties within the assigned business area, including high-profile cases and broader issues.

  • Comfortable driving team performance, productivity, and target attainment.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with operational colleagues across the wider operations, showcasing your exceptional stakeholder management skills.
  • Skilfully manage case working duties in line with the assigned business area, including high-profile cases and broader issues.
  • Utilize internal systems to make informed casework decisions efficiently.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, adapting to varied workstreams aligned with internal deployment priorities.
  • Ensure optimal team performance, productivity, and achievement of targets.

Training:

The Home Office will provide a 4-week training period, consisting of shadowing experienced team members and on-the-job learning. Please note that no annual leave will be permitted during the 2 weeks of training.

Role Specific Requirements:

You must hold a valid passport and must have lived in the UK for longer than 5 years. Please note that a period of 6 months or longer spent outside of the UK in the last 5 years will unfortunately not be accepted. This role requires security clearance that will be processed for you, if successful.
