What will you be doing? Lead a hospitality suite or area on match days, ensuring smooth operations and an outstanding guest experience. Supervise the Food & Beverage team, coordinate service to the highest standards, provide clear pre-service briefings, ensure every guest receives a warm corporate welcome, coach and support your team, drive continuous improvement, maintain high performance, handle staffing and guest issues, ensure compliance with all policies and health & safety standards, and delegate tasks effectively to maintain quality throughout.
Who are we looking for? Proven experience managing hospitality areas with confidence and strong organisational skills. A proactive, hands-on leader who can use initiative and make decisions under pressure. Strong leadership and people management skills. A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and setting high standards for others. Experience developing and motivating diverse teams, leading by example on the floor. Good commercial awareness and a drive to achieve results. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with the stamina to handle match day demands.
This is a casual position, offering variable hours including evenings and weekends on a flexible assignment basis.
