Duties and responsibilities related to the Assistant Front Office Manager role:
- Supervise the Duty Manager & Guest Services Manager to ensure that goals are achieved and support their development.
- Work closely with Guest Services to improve both the arrival and departure experience.
- Review daily the rate variance to ensure that proper rates are consistently applied.
- Ensure that open folios and paymasters are properly monitored and closed on time.
- Monitor the implementation and use of Colleague Advantage.
- Supervise the Front Office team training.
- Work with HR to develop the front office team.
- Ensure that we achieve our Enrolment Success Rate target.
- Maximise Upsell opportunities.
