We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated people to join our Legal Practice and Business Team as an Apprentice Business Administrator. This is a great opportunity to "earn while you learn", gaining real experience in a busy legal team while working towards a recognised qualification. You'll be part of a supportive team, helping with day-to-day admin, learning new skills, and building confidence in a professional environment. You don't need loads of experience - just a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a passion for starting your career.

Responsibilities

  • The role requires you to provide an efficient mail service in relation to the handling, sorting and physical/electronic distribution of incoming mail, receipt and dispatch of outgoing mail.
  • Open and record all incoming mail, sorting into relevant categories/batches for processing/delivery.
  • Maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Operate all equipment including scanners, copiers, printers, letter openers and any other equipment relevant for the role.

This role is fixed term for the purpose of completing the Level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship and will end 18 months from the day you start with us.
