Our Liverpool site is expanding its administrative support team. We are looking for a highly organised Admin Assistant to join our busy and dynamic office. In this role, you will support the day to day running of the business, working closely with the Project Manager and engineers to ensure excellent customer service, efficient scheduling, accurate reporting, and smooth operational processes. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast paced environment and enjoys a varied administrative role.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for customers
- Plan engineers' work schedules, ensuring client requirements are met and productivity is maximised
- Ensure engineers complete work on time and to company standards
- Update and maintain data on the client register
- Liaise with clients and property tenants to ensure smooth communication
Requirements
- Strong customer service skills with a professional and confident telephone manner
- Previous experience in administration and/or scheduling
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly advanced knowledge of Word and Excel
- Ability to stay calm and effective within a busy team environment
- Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail
