Full time, 60 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 7 am to 7 pm with flexibility).

Live in a fully self-contained, newly refurbished annex above the garage.

Responsibilities:

  • Nursery drop off and pick up
  • Preparation of healthy meals and snacks
  • Transport to classes and planning age-appropriate activities at home
  • Support with the newborn, including feeding, soothing and following current best practice guidelines
  • Assist the mother with care of the older children, enabling one-on-one time with each
  • Provide an extra pair of hands during busy times; the family has a long-term housekeeper so no cleaning duties are required

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of professional nanny experience with children aged 3, 18 months and a newborn
  • Formal childcare qualification - preferably Norland or equivalent
  • Pedagogical knowledge of developmental milestones
  • Paediatric first aid certificate (minimum 12 hours) and valid enhanced DBS
  • Driving licence and ability to use own car initially
  • Ability to work long hours and flexible schedule
  • Experience caring for pets (2 cats and 2 small dogs) preferred

Working Conditions:

  • Location: Headley Down, Hampshire, GU35
  • Hours: Approx. 60 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 7 am to 7 pm with flexibility
  • Salary: Up to £50,000 gross per annum (based on experience)
  • Benefits: David Lloyd's Gym membership, private 700 sq ft annex
  • Job start: ASAP - ideally May or June 2026
