Lake View Bereavement Centre is located near the cathedral city of Ely and opens in the early autumn. We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Customer Service Advisor.

As a Customer Service Advisor you will play a pivotal role in the service offered at the Lake View Bereavement Centre, providing professional, compassionate, and efficient front‑line support to bereaved families, funeral directors, celebrants, and visitors. In this role, you will balance empathy with efficiency, managing the administration and coordination of cremation, burial, and memorial services. You will ensure every farewell is handled with dignity, meeting both statutory requirements and our high standards of care.

We are looking for candidates with experience delivering high‑level customer service in a professional environment.
