Elite Touch Group Ltd are excited to be working with their well-established client, who are looking for a Solicitor to join their busy Litigation department, based at their Petts Wood office.
The successful candidate will have 4+ years PQE with experience in Civil Litigation, within areas such as Landlord and Tenant, Boundary & Neighbour Disputes, Debt Recovery, TOLATA and Contentious Probate.
As this role is a key part of the team, you will need to confidently work independently and ideally be able to generate work. Therefore, a minimum of 4 years PQE+ in dispute resolution is essential.
