- Provide assurance during delivery phases.
- Ensure compliance with CDM and wider H&S regulations.

- Use tools such as ASite, MS Excel, and MS Project to deliver high quality outputs.
What You'll Bring
Essential
- Strong project management experience.
- Knowledge of CDM, COSHH, LOLER, PUWER, Legionella, and Asbestos.
- Project management certification (PRINCE2, MSP, APMPMQ, or equivalent).
- Level 5 qualification (HND) or higher in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services (or equivalent).
- Membership of APM, IET, CIBSE, MCIOB or similar.
- Experience with construction contracts (NEC preferred).
- Strong risk management capability.
- Understanding of UK Building Regulations (including Scotland and NI).
- Ability to monitor and communicate financial performance.
- Excellent workload management and multitasking skills.
- Driving licence essential due to travel requirements.

- Experience in Defence environments.
- Knowledge of MoD Defence Contracts.
