The predicted salary is between 11 - 13 £ per hour.

Reporting to the Store Management Team, you will assist in the efficient running of the store on a daily basis, ensuring that high standards of customer service are achieved at all times.

Responsibilities

  • Listening to and understanding customers' needs and advising customers about products and services.
  • Operate all checkouts accurately, ensuring customer transactions are processed efficiently and in a timely manner.
  • Ensure that stock on a daily basis is replenished while complying with the company stock rotation process.
  • Ensure that stock is effectively merchandised to enhance sales.
  • Make sure that all stock is displayed at the correct price using the corresponding Shelf Edge Label.
  • Actively ensure that a high level of customer service is achieved and maintained within the store at all times.
  • Cover the Post Office when required as part of this role.
  • Perform any other duties as required for the role.

Skills for Success

Don't worry if you have no previous retail experience; we'll provide you with all the right training. We are looking for team members with personality, passion, energy and a positive attitude who know how to make our customers smile and provide the very best experience.

Working Hours

Full time and part time positions available at .5 hours per week, working within Monday to Sunday, 7:00am - 11:00pm, with a degree of flexibility required. Working in the Post Office & Deli department will form part of this role.
