Responsibilities
- The Lifeguard will ensure the best levels of service for customers by maintaining friendly, clean, and safe facilities.
Qualifications & Requirements
- NPLQ qualification (training can be provided)
- Ability and understanding of how to relate to customers of all ages and abilities, and to all levels of staff
- Well developed interpersonal skills
- Team oriented approach, able to work across organisational boundaries and demonstrate support for staff and colleagues
- Ability to work flexibly and understand instructions from managers
- Demonstrated passion and energy for the leisure industry
- Flexible and adaptable
- Competent swimmer; further coaching available if needed
Hours & Pay
- Full and part time hours available, Monday to Sunday on a rota basis.
- Salary up to £12.71 per hour.
