The predicted salary is between 26400 - 28800 £ per year.

We are looking for a compassionate, enthusiastic, and dedicated Life Practitioner to join our team. As a Life Practitioner, you will provide essential support to individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs, assisting them in daily activities and accompanying them on trips into the community.

We provide a company vehicle that can be used to transport the people we support to community activities such as shopping, meals, appointments, and outings. To drive the company vehicle, you must have held a full UK driver’s licence or have been driving in the UK for 2 years or more.

Starting rates are:

  • Level 1 – £12.71
  • Level 2 – £13.10
  • Level 3 – £13.60

Qualifications:

  • A genuine passion for care and a motivation to contribute to the progression of others.
  • A strong team player.
  • Resilient and confident to ask for support as needed.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Level 3 in Health & Social Care or willingness to work towards one.
  • Full UK driver’s licence or at least 2 years of driving experience in the UK.

All roles are subject to an enhanced DBS check. Due to current UK Government guidelines, we are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this role.
