Your New Role

As a Level 3 Early Years Educator, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and education for children aged 6 months to 5 years. You will contribute to a nurturing, engaging, and inclusive environment that supports children's development and early learning experiences.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering high-quality teaching and learning in line with the EYFS framework
  • Supporting children's development through engaging, child-led activities
  • Acting as a key person, building strong relationships with children and families
  • Carrying out observations, assessments, and planning
  • Maintaining a safe, clean, and stimulating environment
  • Following safeguarding and welfare procedures at all times
  • Supporting daily routines and promoting children's wellbeing

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or above)
  • Experience working with children aged 6 months - 5 years
  • Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and Ofsted standards
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
