Are you an experienced Early Years Nurse seeking a fresh opportunity in a newly established setting? A high performing Trust is opening new nursery provisions in Bexley this September, as part of a major national investment into early years education. These settings are designed to improve access to high quality childcare and support children from the very start of their education.

This is a shift based role, working 6.5 hours per day on a rotating weekly pattern: 6:30am-1:30pm and 12:30pm-7:30pm.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the delivery of a safe and engaging learning environment
  • Assist with play based activities that promote early development
  • Encourage children's language, communication, and social skills
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high standards

Qualifications:

  • Holds a Level 2 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
  • Has experience working within a nursery setting
  • Understands the EYFS framework and child development
  • Has a clear understanding of safeguarding procedures
  • Is reliable and committed to high quality Early Years provision
