We are looking for a highly motivated candidate who loves Residential Lettings and thrives on putting deals together in a competitive marketplace. You will be a pivotal part within the team carrying out viewings, negotiating deals and seeing the lets through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Registering applicants and matching them to suitable rental properties
- Conducting property viewings and negotiating tenancy agreements
- Managing offers, deal progression, and move-ins
- Building and maintaining strong landlord and tenant relationships
- Generating new business through proactive applicant and landlord contact
- Delivering consistently high levels of customer service
- Maintaining accurate records and CRM systems

- Experienced residential Lettings Agent
- Superior sales ability
- High level of customer service skills
- Good telephone manner and positive attitude
- Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
