Responsibilities:
- Managing day‑to‑day maintenance issues across a residential property portfolio
- Coordinating contractors, repairs, and compliance related works
- Handling tenancy renewals and negotiating renewal terms with landlords and tenants
- Conducting routine property inspections and preparing detailed reports
- Supporting the tenancy process from move in through to move out
- Ensuring all property management activities comply with current lettings legislation and company procedures

- Previous experience within Property Management or Residential Lettings
