They are currently looking for a Lettings Coordinator who will carry out a varied role including administration and viewings.
Lettings role briefly includes:
- Dealing with incoming enquiries
- Booking viewings and valuations
- Carrying out property viewings and inspections when required
- Arranging and undertaking tenancy renewals
- Registering deposits
- Carrying out general Lettings Administration duties
- Assisting with property management issues when required
Key Skills Required:
