About the Role
Morgan LaRoche is a well established commercial law firm with offices in Swansea and Carmarthen. We are seeking a proactive and organised Legal Administrator / Secretary to join our busy Swansea office. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator or legal secretary to support our growing team. The successful candidate will provide high quality administrative, secretarial and client care support across a range of legal sectors.
About You
- Experienced in legal administration or secretarial work (preferred)
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft Office and document management systems
- Able to work efficiently in a fast paced environment
- A team player with a positive, professional attitude
- Strong in communication, both written and verbal
Key responsibilities
- Providing secretarial and administrative assistance to fee earners
- Managing incoming calls, emails and client correspondence
- Preparing, formatting and amending legal documents and forms
- Audio and copy typing
- Coordinating diaries, meetings and appointments
- Opening and closing files in accordance with firm procedures
- Maintaining accurate records and client information
- Ensuring excellent client service at all times
- General administrative duties to support the smooth running of the department
