Responsibilities:
- Deliver squad, small group and one to one coaching sessions in accordance with the programme.
- Assist the preparation of winter and pre-season programmes.
- Assist in the development and communication of match day tactical leadership to all players, including the sourcing of key information on opponents and players to develop team plans and strategies.
- Support the development, implementation and monitoring of individual development programmes for players.
- Proactively assist the creation of an environment in which players prepare and perform to the highest standard of professional cricket, both on and off the pitch.
Qualifications:
- Minimum ECB Level 3 coaching qualification or equivalent, or have obtained their Level 2 and are willing to work towards Level 3.
- Demonstrable success as a cricket coach at a professional domestic or international level.
- Demonstrable experience having developed elite level and aspiring elite level players over a sustained period of time.
- Demonstrable experience and/or commitment to delivering the principles of the Club's EDI strategy.
