Hours: 37.5 on a Rotational Basis (8am 4pm AND 10am 6pm)

About the Role

We have a fantastic opportunity for Customer Service Representative to manage the day to day processing of visa applications & renewals. This will include:
- Greeting customers
- Supporting completion and checking of applications
- Obtaining biometric data and other documentation
You will need to follow an established and defined filing and administration process, all guided by a computer based system. It is crucial for this role to engage with applicants and provide a positive service. Similarly, handling customer complaints diplomatically and assertively will be imperative. A valid DBS is required as part of the screening process. A copy of your certificate will need to be provided.
