New opportunity not to be missed! Vantage are looking for a Smart Repair Technician (Small, Medium Area Repair Technology) to join our team based in Toyota Leeds. In return you will receive a competitive salary of £42,901.78 per annum including OTE Bonus and excellent benefits! This is a full-time role and typically you will be expected to work between 08:30am and 05:30pm Monday to Friday and alternate Saturday mornings on a rota basis.

Working in our state of the art purpose-built modern SMART REPAIR facility, we require a Smart Repair Technician. This role would suit somebody with an accident/cosmetic repair background, so this certainly is a great opportunity to develop your skills within smart repair.

Our ideal Smart Repair Technician:

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have previous experience in Smart Repair or Automotive cosmetic repair and completed a Panel Technician modern apprenticeship or equivalent.
  • Have a working knowledge of automotive systems and the specific materials required for the repair process.
  • Have an honest and diligent approach to work with the ability to meet deadlines without compromising quality of work.
  • Hold a full UK Driving Licence.

About the Role:

You will work as a multi-skilled Smart Repair Technician carrying out a variety of cosmetic repairs including stripping, refurbishing, and fitting parts to damaged vehicles, ensuring that all work is carried out to the highest standard, whilst delivering a seamless service to our customers. You will work effectively as part of a team of skilled Bodyshop Technicians. You will have full use of PPE and adherence to health and safety requirements when carrying out repairs, whilst adhering to manufacturer repair guidelines.
