Duties & Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome customers and assist them with their enquiries
- Shop inform about available items and services
- Keep the shop floor neat and tidy, keep the exhibits ordered
- Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale system
- Replenish shelves and maintain inventory levels effectively
- Offer broad administrative support to assist team members as needed
- Resolve client complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner
