About the role

We are recruiting a Senior Nurse to join our Integrated Neighbourhood Teams in Morley. The service runs 8am to 8pm every day and offers flexible work opportunities.

Main duties of the job:

  • Provide clinical leadership and oversee the delivery of high quality care within a Neighbourhood Team.
  • Manage a clinical caseload and lead a cluster of Staff Nurses and Neighbourhood Clinical Assistants to provide excellent patient care.
  • Motivate and communicate effectively with team members.
  • Be dynamic, innovative, passionate and committed with experience of case management and multidisciplinary working.
  • Work alongside District Nurses, Community Matrons and OTs.
