The Role: Based in our Head Office, you'll support our Recruitment Consultants in supplying facilities and property management staff nationwide. Recruitment is fast-paced and varied, and no two days are the same. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting Consultants in sourcing suitable candidates for open vacancies
  • Interviewing and vetting potential candidates
  • Completing right to work checks
  • Assisting with the distribution and collection of weekly payroll timesheets
  • Supporting candidate registration activities
  • Ensuring candidate and client data is accurate on the CRM system
  • Formatting CVs before they are submitted to clients
  • Answering calls on the main office line
  • Supporting internal marketing activity
  • Providing a professional, efficient, and responsive service to clients and candidates

About You: You may be an experienced recruitment administrator or a strong administrator with excellent customer service skills looking to develop your career. We pride ourselves on building strong relationships and delivering exceptional service.
