You will be an integral part of the Radiotherapy team working in the Bexley Wing at St James Hospital in Leeds. Your role will consist of:
- Using the patient scheduling system to book and amend patient appointments.
- Communicating appointments to patients via telephone.
- Dealing with ad-hoc queries from staff and patients in relation to patient appointments.
