Independent accountancy firm offering £30,000 - £40,000 + Benefits. We are currently working for a leading accountancy firm in the centre of Leeds who are looking to bring in an experienced Tax Senior or Semi Senior to run and manage their own portfolio.

As a Personal Tax Senior you'll get involved in:

  • Managing a portfolio of private tax clients, including HNWIs, entrepreneurs, and family business owners.
  • Handling personal tax compliance, including self-assessment tax returns, trust returns, and basic advisory elements (as applicable).
  • Working closely with managers and directors on client delivery, and taking increasing ownership of client communications.
  • Contributing to the team's knowledge sharing culture and participating in client meetings where appropriate.

What you'll need to succeed:

  • ATT / CTA / ACA qualified (or near qualified), with demonstrable experience in UK private client tax.
  • Confidence in preparing and/or reviewing personal tax returns, including exposure to trusts or estates.
  • A collaborative, team-oriented attitude and eagerness to grow your tax career within a supportive firm.
  • Previous experience with OMBs or high net worth clients is advantageous.
