We're looking for an organised and proactive L&T Administrator to join our Training team. You'll provide essential administrative support, helping to coordinate training programmes, maintain accurate records and support colleagues across the business.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate training courses, assessments and development activities.
- Support training schedules, timetables and resource planning.
- Prepare joining instructions, training materials and classroom arrangements.
- Maintain training records, certifications and learning systems.
- Produce reports and support departmental KPIs.
- Raise purchase orders and liaise with suppliers and external providers.
- Provide administrative support for meetings, including minute taking.
- Work closely with trainers, learners, managers and external stakeholders.
