LIMS Implementation Specialist β Full time β GBR, Leeds.

Responsibilities
- Engage in all stages of the deployment project and keep the client and deployment teams informed, trained and equipped to implement our solutions.
- Provide Subject Matter Expertise (SME) to clients and deployment teams when product questions, issues, or changes are raised or escalated.
- Review high-level, functional, or detailed designs for upcoming changes to the product.
- Write or update knowledge materials to ensure peers have up-to-date knowledge on the solution for all queries, issues, or changes.
- Configure, validate, and support all environments used for demonstrations and training/workshops.
- Conduct and support the configuration and validation of the customer deployment/training environments for training, testing and go-live activities.
- Assist clients and deployment teams in their setup and configuration of local deployment environments by imparting knowledge and enabling them to lead by example.
- Participate in multiple, complex deployments covering the project life cycle from early engagement through go-live and post go-live activities.
Essential Requirements
- Extensive background in at least one Pathology discipline (Blood Transfusion, Microbiology and Blood Sciences).
- LIMS systems implementation/deployment experience.
- Familiarity with the setup and configuration of healthcare systems and the ability to transfer knowledge and train to high standards.
- Ability to work on multiple, complex tasks and projects to completion with broad knowledge of common principles, good practices, and procedures in specialised areas.
- Ability to adapt information to the audience; explain difficult issues clearly; establish consensus; and attain agreement.
- Act as a liaison between clients and Dedalus, providing insight and advice concerning the scope of the solution offerings and high-level benefits to be achieved.
- Interpret client needs, assess full requirements, and identify good practices and opportunities to realise real benefits.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with people at all levels and manage expectations.
