This is the role of an experienced Conveyancer within the residential conveyancing team in the Guiseley office. You will work across all aspects of residential conveyancing, including sale, purchase, freehold and leasehold work.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a high-volume caseload with confidence, working both independently and as part of a team.
  • Prepare and process letters and forms; desirable to have working knowledge of SOS or another case management system.
  • Generate revenue through business development and demonstrate strong client management skills.
  • Handle all aspects of residential conveyancing tasks as required by the role.

Requirements:

  • Typically over 3 years of technical experience within residential conveyancing.
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision and to contribute to the team's success.
  • Proactive in approaching the local market and developing new business for the Firm.
  • Strong client management and communication skills.
