Fulfilling regulatory Data Subject Access requests and/or Erasures and/or Complaints. Demonstrating ownership and accountability for delivering excellent consumer outcomes with a focus on first time resolution and pursuing root cause. Handle enquiries and concerns relating to SARS and complaints raised by clients and consumers.
What you will do
- Coordinate and respond to Subject Access requests (SARs) within timescales.
- Deal with all enquiries and concerns relating to SARS raised.
- Liaise with teams/departments to process SAR requests.
- Prepare appropriate and well written correspondence.
- Re-prioritise with fluctuating volumes and remain resilient in difficult and/or sensitive situations involving conflict, bereavement and challenge.
- Communicate, advise and guide on SAR matters with senior management and clinical staff.
- Liaise with external organisations as required.
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal communication and diplomacy skills; frequent communication with a wide range of staff and external contacts, both verbal and written.
Experience and qualifications
- Experience in a regulatory role in complaints and Data Subject Access Requests (GDPR).
- Knowledge of GDPR regulations.
- Strong time management and prioritisation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude with a genuine desire to help others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
