A unique opportunity has arisen for a Conveyancing Assistant to join our client's highly regarded Residential Property team in Leeds. This role is tailored for a detail-oriented professional with a strong focus on sales and transactions, seeking a stable and high-quality work environment without a progression track into senior roles.

The Opportunity

  • Support the conveyancing team with all aspects of residential property sales and transactions
  • Handle file opening, client onboarding, property searches, drafting contracts, and supporting the sales process through to exchange and completion
  • Provide additional support on post-completion matters where required (not the primary focus)
  • Work closely with fee earners and solicitors on high-quality, client-focused work
  • Contribute to a collaborative, well-established team with a distinctive approach to conveyancing
