Orchard Care Homes are seeking to appoint an experienced and dedicated Administrator to join our team and play a pivotal role within our home.
Salary: £14.71 per hour
Schedule/Hours: Full Time, 40 hours per week
Responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact for Residents, their family members and representatives, the home management and colleagues in addition to HR, payroll and the finance teams.
- Work with a range of computer systems, ensuring all information is captured in an accurate and compliant manner.
About you:
- Previous experience within a similar role is desirable.
- Able to work both as part of a team and under own initiative to achieve goals.
- The ability to perform under pressure and prioritise workload.
- Strong literacy and numeracy skills.
- Experience of operating rostering and payroll systems.
- General understanding of contracts and their importance in a regulated setting.
- Knowledge of HR processes (this is a significant advantage).
