Orchard Care Homes are seeking to appoint an experienced and dedicated Administrator to join our team and play a pivotal role within our home.

Salary: £14.71 per hour

Schedule/Hours: Full Time, 40 hours per week

Responsibilities:

  • Be the first point of contact for Residents, their family members and representatives, the home management and colleagues in addition to HR, payroll and the finance teams.
  • Work with a range of computer systems, ensuring all information is captured in an accurate and compliant manner.

About you:

  • Previous experience within a similar role is desirable.
  • Able to work both as part of a team and under own initiative to achieve goals.
  • The ability to perform under pressure and prioritise workload.
  • Strong literacy and numeracy skills.
  • Experience of operating rostering and payroll systems.
  • General understanding of contracts and their importance in a regulated setting.
  • Knowledge of HR processes (this is a significant advantage).

Please note a clear, enhanced DBS check will be required for this post.
