You'll work alongside senior behaviour leads and pastoral teams to help create a positive, inclusive school culture.
What you'll do:
- Assist behaviour and inclusion leads in managing student behaviour across the school.
- Support SEMH and pastoral interventions for individual students or small groups.
- Mentor and guide students to improve engagement, attendance, and social skills.
- Help implement school-wide behaviour strategies and positive reinforcement systems.
- Contribute to creating an inclusive environment where all students feel supported.
Who we're looking for:

- Pay: £107 71- £130 per day
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 3:45 pm
