We are seeking an excellent Lecturer in Midwifery with academic and teaching experience in the field, who will contribute to our undergraduate, postgraduate and CPD provision.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver innovative and engaging education across pre- and post-registration programmes and modules.
  • Provide teaching across midwifery and perinatal health programmes and modules, tailored to diverse learners.
  • Base teaching methodology on research, scholarship and professional experience.
  • Specialist knowledge in biology and the systematic examination of the newborn is desirable.

Person Specification

  • Registered with the NMC as a Midwife.
  • Possess an honours degree and experience in teaching.
  • High quality and engaging teaching skills across midwifery and perinatal programmes.
