Description: Full-Time, Permanent Starting September 2026. £33,000 - £41,108 FTE. 50 days holiday + 8 bank holidays FTE. Teachers' Pension Scheme. Access to Medicash and a wide range of staff benefits.

Due to continued growth for the 2026/27 academic year, we are seeking two full-time Lecturers in Maths to join our team from September 2026. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality teaching, learning and assessment, supporting students to achieve strong outcomes and progress to their next steps. As part of a dynamic and supportive department, you will inspire and challenge learners to reach their full potential. Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver engaging and effective Maths teaching across a range of levels.
  • Provide clear and constructive feedback to support learner progress.
  • Use technology and virtual learning environments to enhance independent learning.
  • Support students' pastoral needs and promote a positive learning environment.
  • Participate in curriculum reviews and continuous professional development.
  • Engage with parents, employers, and external stakeholders to enrich the learner experience.
Criteria:
  • Relevant Level 3 vocational qualification.
  • PGCE/Certificate of Education or equivalent.
  • Proven teaching experience across multiple levels.
  • Strong subject knowledge and assessment expertise.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate learners.
