CWA are recruiting for a full-time and part-time lecturer in Health and Social Care to join our team on an interim basis to cover maternity leave. The Health and Social Care Department offers a range of courses; GCSE 14-16 Programme, level 1-3 Health and Social Care courses, including T-level in Health and Adult Counselling courses at our Wisbech Campus.
This is an exciting time to join the team as we are growing both as a team and with the provision that we are offering to our learners. We are committed to remaining at the forefront of education developments and are planning to include apprenticeships during the next academic year, with much more to come in the future.

We have close links with NHS and healthcare providers across the region, including hospitals, hospices, and care providers enabling us to design and implement a curriculum that truly meets the needs of our local communities. Teaching experience is desired but not essential.

Appointments will not normally be made at point 12 or above (£37,454 FTE) without a level 5 teaching qualification and experience.
