Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Role: Full-Time

Are you passionate about helping students reach their full potential? We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Assistants to support students with Autism and Behavioural Difficulties in a nurturing and rewarding specialist school environment.

About the Role

  • Provide 1:1 or small group support to students with additional needs.
  • Help students build confidence, communication, social skills, and independence.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers to maintain a safe, structured, and positive learning environment.
  • Support students in managing challenging behaviours using positive reinforcement and de-escalation strategies.

  • Caring, patient, and committed to supporting children with diverse needs.
  • Strong communicators with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Experienced in Autism, behavioural needs, or SEN settings (desirable but not essential).
