We have an exciting opportunity to join our Learning & Organisational Development team. This is a permanent role of 18 hours (0.5 FTE), with up to an additional 12 hours a week fixed term until 31st March 2027 to support our Artificial Intelligence upskilling project.
This post plays a critical role in delivering our People & Culture Strategy, particularly in relation to Learning and Organisational Development. We are looking for a proactive and motivated person with Learning & Organisational Development experience to join our positive team.
The candidate must have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead projects and work with a wide range of stakeholders across Kew and externally. Taking personal accountability is a must, as is a strong ethos regarding delivering high quality products. Ideally, the candidate will hold a relevant qualification (or equivalent experience) in the field of Learning & Organisational Development. Knowledge and experience of commissioning and rolling out training related to AI upskilling and awareness raising is also desirable.

Salary and Benefits: The salary for this position is £39,243 pro rata per annum Band D.
