Covering Liverpool, Cheshire, Wirral, Stafford, Stoke-on-Trent & Birmingham (Full UK driving licence & access to a vehicle required). £32,000 - £35,000. About the Role

You will design and deliver a broad range of learning interventions, from onboarding and induction through to refresher and compliance training, ensuring colleagues have the knowledge and skills to deliver excellent care. Operating across Liverpool, Cheshire, Wirral, Stafford, Stoke-on-Trent and Birmingham, you will use both face-to-face and virtual methods to reach diverse audiences. Your work will directly influence service quality, regulatory compliance and the professional growth of staff across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, prepare and deliver engaging training sessions, workshops and programmes using a mix of face-to-face and virtual delivery methods.
  • Facilitate onboarding and induction programmes for new starters, ensuring a positive, informative and compliant introduction to the organisation.
  • Deliver refresher and mandatory training to maintain regulatory compliance and support best practice in care.
  • Conduct training needs analysis in partnership with managers to identify skill gaps.
  • Deliver impactful training sessions (CPI, EFAW, Moving & Handling).
  • Work collaboratively with a supportive training team.
  • Use digital platforms to track and deliver learning.
